“My goal as a teacher is to inspire and instruct your child as they learn the basics of art. Our studio is an exciting and educational setting where students are able to cultivate their inner creativity!” - Christa

About Christa

Ms. Christa has been teaching the Junior art program at Nancy Stephen Gallery and School of Art since 2010. During that time she attended Rhode Island College, and graduated with a degree in Art Education with a concentration in painting.

She enjoys creating her own artwork, viewing other artist’s work, and teaching art appreciation to her students. Ms. Christa’s classes use art history as a foundation for individual expression and creativity. She hopes to inspire her students to expand their abilities into their own creative vision in the future. Her classes focus on techniques in painting, drawing, mixed media and sculpture.
